Bill Kinsel began practicing law in the General Litigation Department of Perkins Coie (the largest law firm in the Northwest) in 1988. In 1995, he joined the firm of Hight Green & Yalowitz and practiced there through December 2000. Bill's time at Hight Green & Yalowitz confirmed for him the advantages of representing clients in a small, efficient law firm setting. This led him to open Kinsel Law Offices, PLLC in January 2001. Bill Kinsel holds the AV 'Preeminent' rating from Martindale Hubble, and was voted a 'Super Lawyer' on numerous occasions. In addition to his work in civil litigation and business consulting, Bill is committed to helping provide affordable civil legal assistance to those most in need. As a part of that effort, since the late 1990s Bill has been a member, and a times the president and treasurer, of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Washington (LAW) Fund. LAW Fund is a charitable organization that raises funds to help pay for approximately twenty-five free civil legal services organizations across the State of Washington. A description of that charitable enterprise, along with the worthy organizations it serves, can be found at www.c4ej.org.
